Mobile Crisis Teams The Mobile Crisis Team provides health services to persons in mental, behavioral or emotional crisis. They provide an on-site, emergency police response to persons in need of crisis intervention, assess individuals in need of services, offer resources and referrals, and complete emergency petitions when warranted. Specially-trained police officers are paired with licensed mental health clinicians in an unmarked police car and wear plain clothes (khaki pants and black polo shirts).
