  • Access to Library electronic resources expires on the date you cease active enrollment or employment with the college.
  • If you are an adjunct faculty member and not currently teaching, you still have access until 365 days from the last day of employment with the college.
  • Ebooks linked out from the CCBC Library website are provided on a number of vendor platforms, including EbscoHost, ProQuest, Credo, Oxford University Press, etc. and each of these platforms operates a little differently.
  • For most of our library users, we recommend emailing yourself a single chapter of a book, rather than downloading the whole book. This is the fastest way to get the information you need without having to create an account with EbscoHost, ProQuest, etc.
  • Most of our ebooks can be checked out for 21 days, like our circulating print collection. eBooks that have been identified as assigned readings for courses can be checked out for 2 hours.
