Please keep in mind that the library database access is granted only for currently registered students, staff and faculty.
If you are currently taking a class and you still have an issue in logging in, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and your 900 number.
When you are off campus and use library databases / Smart Search, you will be prompted to log in through either myCCBC sign-on or MS Office 365.
If you get prompted through MS Office 365, please use your CCBC email as shown below.
When you have trouble logging in to "My Library Account" and get an error message saying "unable to identify you via campus identification", it could be one of three causes as follows:
 You might have used the full email address. Please make sure that you use the college username without the email part: "@email.ccbcmd.edu".
 There might be a temporary communication issue between the library system and the college system during the authentication process. Please wait a little and try again.
 If the problem persists and you have no issues with other college systems such as myCCBC, Brightspace or MS Office 365, it is more likely your account information missing in the library system. You need to contact email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will create your account in the library system as soon as possible.
