Books on Reserve
Your professor may put books and other items on reserve so that all students can have access to them.
Check the reserves list to see what items are on reserve for your class. You may search by course name or number, or by your instructor's name.
Reserves are:
- materials given special status by instructors
- materials expected to get heavy use by an entire class
- kept at the Circulation desk
- restricted from normal circulation to ensure their availablity for everyone
- often must be used in the library only
Materials at any of the campus libraries will be put on reserve at the request of an instructor.
**Owings Mills students may access reserve course materials at the Owings Mills Public Library
