Today I will show you how to access a recent issue of MIT technology review which has a focus on AI. The magazine can be found in our Flipster feature. When you come to the library homepage to access Flipster, just scroll down and you'll see the titles that we have available in Flipster format. And I'll show you why that's a good thing in a moment. So I can use this but this navigation to scroll M arrow. We're going to go until we find the M's. They are alphabetically arranged.

Here's the MIT technology review. Open it up. And you have options with this. You can read. Now, I want to see this issue because I happen to have noticed it was about AI, but you can also read the back issues and you can search the back issues, which we'll talk about later. So, if I want to look at this uh MIT technology review, I can just click on read now. And you see how as I hover my cursor, some of the text is lightning lighting up and it's telling you what page that will take you to. So for example,

America under surveillance is page 60. So with the cover there uh navigation buttons at the bottom that also can take us to a different page. Should the text be too small over on the right, you can zoom in or zoom out back out. Uh, and so that just allows us to go I'll click to the table of contents. Whoops. Uh, and again, we can zoom in and take a look at the different titles. For example, handing handling the AI handing AI the keys. So this is about what could go wrong with AI. Um so these

MIT is a tech technology school and so their tech review though it's a magazine is something that will probably be pretty pretty good. So, um, if you wanted to, let's say, print this page, there's a little printer up at the top and it will print those pages in view. Or you can say print all pages. That would be a lot. That would be the whole magazine. Um, and also you have the ability when you say print Of course, you can always choose to save it as a PDF or print it. So, when you go to

save, you know, you could you could make it a PDF. Uh, and then going back. So, you have that printing option. Let's look at all issues. So, if I click on all issues, I can see all these different magazine covers and navigate them the same way. But I can also do a search up here, your little magnifying glass, and see how it says, do I want to search this issue? What if I said to search all issues and I put in some key words like AI generated or generative art. See what happens. So there were 392

results for this. Some of them are in the current issue of I don't know we are the current issue is July August so some are from May June that's interesting so here's one from May June issue uh and the same thing like I clicked on the title of the article and it took me right here. So, I would recommend doing this search in AI on AI in the Flipster version of MIT because you're going to get a really nice experience of the magazine just as if you were you had a paper copy or complete digital copy.
