  • Practice providing meaningful feedback to student and share work samples with the students
  • Create a plan for providing meaningful feedback in your course
  • Develop a course feedback policy for providing timely meaningful feedback to learners (Feedback prior to the exam)
  • Start with encouraging feedback with specifics on the assignment
  • Grade turn around in a timely manner
  • Use soft tone for pointing out the errors in the assignment
  • Be flexible on the feedback
