Steps to Writing the Paper
The formula for “suggesting practices/policies that you predict would decrease disproportionate representation of minorities” is as follows:
1. State your opinion/suggestion on what you believe will work to decrease the identified problem.
2. Explain in detail what you are suggesting/proposing.
3. Explain why you believe your opinion/suggestion would work. Provide evidence that supports your opinion/suggestion.
4. Re-state your opinion/suggestion.
