Study Rooms

Study Rooms

  • Each campus library has study rooms of various sizes. The larger rooms can accommodate groups of up to 5 people, while the smaller rooms only seat 3.
  • Please be aware that the rooms are on a first-come first-served basis.
  • Group study rooms are available for 2-hour use by currently enrolled CCBC students only. Before entering a study room, a student must show a valid CCBC identification card to staff at a library service desk.

Study Room Policy

  • Occupancy of each Library Study Room is limited to the number of students posted.
  • Face covering is optional in the Library study rooms.
  • Study room lights must remain on to keep the air filters on.
  • The Library reserves the right to deny study room privileges to any student who does not comply with these or other policies as stated in the CCBC Code of Student Conduct.

Study rooms are for currently enrolled CCBC students with a valid CCBC ID. Present your CCBC ID and complete the check-out procedure.

Individuals may occupy a study room for 2 hours.

No food is allowed in the Library or study rooms.

The Library is not responsible for items left unattended in the study rooms.

Vacating the study room forfeits the room.

Study rooms are not soundproof. Please be thoughtful of your fellow students in adjacent study area.
